Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Again a bit low today - 3.7 - I think I may be getting to the point where I don't need one of the gliclizade tablets. (Note to self must get my HBAC1 checked!)
I dumped gliclizide when I joined this forum, did not see any point in adding more insulin, my aim is to wake up my beta cells, for my body to reduce insulin further, and get my weight and glucose to safe healthy levels. Set myself until Christmas to make the biggest changes, and want to be there for April may next year.

I think it is safer to go a little higher, than for it to drop to dangerous levels, this low carb diet is amazing, and I have put all my faith in it

3.4 at 06.56 (one touch select plus), double checked with brand new Freestyle Optium Neo, got a 61mg/dl (3.34 mmol/l). OMAD yesterday 16.00, followed by 3 mile coastal walk, I did 30 pushups at each mile (it was dark and isolated so I didn't care how I looked). At the end I did 1 set of squat to bicep curls to overhead press with 18 kg dumbbells. Feel fine. I respond really well to mixed cardio and resistance training.

Do you experience hypo when doing exercise?
