7 this morning. Been taking metfromin on and off to see if it works.

Have been on it from last two weeks . Doesn’t seem to do much. When I do heavy workout and have a bit of muscle fatigue my BG stays low.

Probably leave my desk job and get a labourer job would be the best way to deal with Diabetes

8.9 high : no insulin replaced it with a tablet, the body is confused.
Perhaps stop eating the evening meals I might get a within range reading.

Had great treatment from the radiologist / sonographer while he was probing around my chest. I see the cardiologist next Thursday morning for the results.
