    Great considering I had half a large scone with clotted cream yesterday (stolen from my daughter and hubbys afternoon tea platter when their backs were turned) I just could not resist. My mum always used to say 'a little bit of what you fancy does you good' ;)

    Morning all, 8.0 for me today. :) Finally, feel I am getting somewhere, my sugar levels, blood pressure and weight numbers are starting to go in the right direction. Be interesting to see how they will fluctuate over the coming days.
