5.0 today Very happy with that as I was out yesterday evening so had dinner early. I was hungry when I got home so I had strawberries and cream and nuts before bed. Usually just have nuts.

82mg/dl today
I am so thrilled, I got my HBA1C today and it was 5.1%. I believe I've just entered remission zone.

Morning, 7.8 this morning. Many thanks for comments yesterday, I have been recording sugars, and during the day they are anything from 6 - 7.8. However, I have decided to return to my plant based diet, two reasons, one being it is ME, and secondly my digestive system has not been coping well with my current diet. So, I have set up a specific notebook to record exactly what I eat together with bs readings, hopefully, all will be well.
