@angelat2_ The table below is what the UK bigwigs suggest. If you are just starting to test and find ways to control bg, where you are now is what it should be and everything else is just "noise" until you can establish your own way through this.

Hi @angelat2, 6.7 is ok. If you are Type 2 you should be aiming for a fasting blood glucose figure of between 4 and 7.
