Morning, 7.8 this morning. Many thanks for comments yesterday, I have been recording sugars, and during the day they are anything from 6 - 7.8. However, I have decided to return to my plant based diet, two reasons, one being it is ME, and secondly my digestive system has not been coping well with my current diet. So, I have set up a specific notebook to record exactly what I eat together with bs readings, hopefully, all will be well.
