I've been as low as 3.3. Felt fine. I think it's about whether or not you take meds. I don't and that's why it was ok.Not sure! I feel ok though.
Most of us in UK are giving our readings in mmol/L.One question, what unit are people reporting these numbers
I realised that I have been writing my mmol/l readings. So just want to confirm what units are being used.
That would often do it. 2 posters in particular often go into the 3s and also do some serious weights etc with those numbers but it is a suck it and see situation!Yes I am T2, just Metformin and amlodipine, nothing dodgy. Must have been the wine.
