Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

One question, what unit are people reporting these numbers

I realised that I have been writing my mmol/l readings. So just want to confirm what units are being used.
Most of us in UK are giving our readings in mmol/L.
HbA1c test results are given in IFCC scale or DCCT (%).
Posters abroad might give their readings in mg/dl.

You can use this converter to convert your HbA1c readings to mmol/L:

Yes I am T2, just Metformin and amlodipine, nothing dodgy. Must have been the wine.
That would often do it. 2 posters in particular often go into the 3s and also do some serious weights etc with those numbers but it is a suck it and see situation!

6.2 today
weird figures for yesterday being in the low 5 s today is lower than I thought it would be though as I have a semi massive hangover this morning
