5.2 and Good morning to you all. Off to the docs today at my new practice. Need to show them my arthritic knee and ask for blood tests. Hopefully he/ she will comply but you never know with doctors in my experience.

I am 5.5 this morning so really happy with that. I did dip back into the 6's last week also DJC3 ... but even that is a great result, because I have always been in the high 7's throughout my two years since diagnosis. I guess my diet changes have kicked in for me at last

Hi Everyone,

My BGL's this morning at 07.30 hrs were 8.4. which isn't that bad for me.
