Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    95% of BG control is diet. You cannot over excercise bad diet :bigtears:
    If you want to bring BG down quickly: eat max. 10 g of carbs in one meal. Eat only 3 times a day - LCHF. Good luck.

    5.5 again this morning and although I forgot to test before breakfast, I was 7.8 just an hour and a half afterwards, so not too bad!

    If you will stop carbs in your diet (fast will do that), your body will switch to nutritional ketosis. And you can measure the ketones in your blood. So I'm happy my body now use fat as fuel :)
