95% of BG control is diet. You cannot over excercise bad diet If you want to bring BG down quickly: eat max. 10 g of carbs in one meal. Eat only 3 times a day - LCHF. Good luck.

I don't understand these ketones, or the significance in your numbers? I think I need it explaining LOL
5.5 again this morning and although I forgot to test before breakfast, I was 7.8 just an hour and a half afterwards, so not too bad!
If you will stop carbs in your diet (fast will do that), your body will switch to nutritional ketosis. And you can measure the ketones in your blood. So I'm happy my body now use fat as fuel
