I was happy with my 5.1 on first waking today!
I still cannot believe that I am getting readings in the low to mid 5's just lately, but must be doing all the right things

It certainly is ianpspurs ... I find some days better than others with coming to terms with my loss .. but I'm coping far better than I expected to and having a low fasting level somehow carries me along
