5.0 for me today. @Goonergal back with stellar results; @ally1 nice 8 again; @geefull as usual better control than mbappe. Exactly 3 years ago my fbg was 4.6 after 1 week on this diet so slippage has befallen. Talking of which, one wonders what dainty snackage a fair lady such as @JanetMcDowell could have ingested to cause such spikeage

Sd Code Free test strips are supposed to be used within three minutes of removal from the tub, so in answer to your question your silly o’clock readings can’t be relied on if the strip has been out of the tub for longer. Have a look here, at page 29:
