6.4 at 0515hrs. Had 5.6 at midday yesterday, 7.2 evening and 6.8 bedtime. Suppose that’s ‘acceptable’.

And so another week begins, not quite ready for it mentally but almost on the countdown for my holiday
6.1 this morning, no wine last night and maybe 1 chocolate baton too many after dinner

Morning all. 5,4 today. @DJC3 wine or not that's what the meter shows. @Goonergal I would rather we were close with you at you normal levels. @jayney27 The wine would have been OK - you aren't middle aged so the warning is not for you:angelic:

Mine was 9.2 because I didn't use insulin before bed. Kids not well so a rough night. I will get to relax soon. Hopefully.
I love your consistent numbers. They are very reassuring.

5.6 today, last day of holiday so hoping to get my fbs back down to lower 5s when back home but it’s been fun eating loads of ‘joined up meat’ and protein bars as snacks, however I feel an element of gluconeogenesis (spelling?) going on the last few days :)
