Morning, first morning back into the normal routine of eyes open and testing! The mystery continues, in the 5’s all day yesterday and a lovely low carb dinner but we have a 6.2 this morning.
Hope everyone has a nice day x
Thank you, it’s a bit blustery here too.6.2 this wild and windy morning.
Snap @jayney27 and welcome back.

Red kale sounds rather spiffing - sent me scurrying to seed merchants websites. Enjoy the meal and family time.God morning everyone this great early winters morning 6.9 self inflicted did binge in sweets last night my character was week even did hide it from my daughter, today cooking birthday meal for my sister roasted pork red-kale and vinegar cucumbers potatoes and brown sauce , it’s her favourite food so maybe I’ll have a few potatoes then

5.4 this morning although yesterday lunchtime I had a bad run in with a curry and levels went up 4-5 hours later to 9.8.
8.5 this morning. Only been in the 6s a couple of times in the past few weeks. HbA1c coming up soon. Last was 43 which the Doc thought was "too good" and he reduced my gliclazide. Expecting low 50s this time.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.
Thankfully I seem to be ok with a curry, I think the trick is to not have all the sides and rice etcWhy are curries just so tempting and irresistible?
Similar for me too, it’s a mystery and a frustration5.6
I don’t understand my body to be honest.
When I eat a lot the night before, I wake up to
5.5 - 5.7.
But when I had very little to eat the night before, I wake up to 5.9 - 6.2.
Can anyone please explain?
