Red kale sounds rather spiffing - sent me scurrying to seed merchants websites. Enjoy the meal and family time.

8.5 this morning. Only been in the 6s a couple of times in the past few weeks. HbA1c coming up soon. Last was 43 which the Doc thought was "too good" and he reduced my gliclazide. Expecting low 50s this time.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Good luck with your A1c appointment soon!

5.6

I don’t understand my body to be honest.

When I eat a lot the night before, I wake up to
5.5 - 5.7.

But when I had very little to eat the night before, I wake up to 5.9 - 6.2.

Can anyone please explain?
Similar for me too, it’s a mystery and a frustration
