Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

In breaking news the developer of Diabetes Journal finally released a patch that fixed the crash from the last update. It took three weeks to fix with no explanation to his Pro users. :meh:

@#%$ happens Jim, as I have said nothings changed in the way I have been dealing with this over the last couple of years.

The only thing to tick off is my liver taking a dump every day all of sudden, I have a new box of Metformin to start in ten days so will see if that is a crook box I am using now. I doubt it tho'.

Must be all of the plurry salads I am eating, I have not had a spud lite or reheated pasta for a while either.

I have cut back on the booze as well, which is likely to change today. :D

That’s probably the answer go back to the booze and pasta etc you know what it’s like when you change things even if you think your doing ok your not good luck hope the booze helps

b.f.s. this morning @ 0538 was 5.2 and meal latst night was a large cod and chips at 8 p.m. not loads of chips but i ate the batter so i thought it would be higher... does the fat content counteract the carb content for myself ? low carb all day yesterday grilled tomatoes bacon and mushrooms for breakfast two slices of almond/seed bread ..and about 50 grams of almonds during the day
i work outside all day and it was cold and wet i dont seem to have to eat anywhere as much a pre diagnosed and my weight loss......
