Be careful they are not user friendly in the mornings.

Probably get a better reading if I was bitten on tharse by a drop bear.

Winner is not a malicious wish for high numbers but for the testing and circuits. Stick with your processes numbers will come.

I think the answer is this is highly individual but some general outlines apply. Good luck with it. Can I ask why the target is 80kg?
