5.3@5am. Didnt measured for a few weeks, but have been keeping tightly to same familiar diet pattern and sleep/exercise routine. Not only the blood glucose is good, but the atria fibrillation seems to improve also.

Went a little carb crazy this weekend, bit surprised my reading is 5.8 @ 7am but happy with that.
