Good morning everyone, 5.4 @ 6.45am. I have my HbA1c test this morning after being threatened by my GP with meds after my previous test in November where I had lost my focus, put on weight and gone to 60. She agreed to give me 3 months to get to 53. I am now 8 kg lighter and been following the lchf strictly and if my meter is correct, I hope I have got close to the target. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

5.8 today, a bit on the high side but wow what a difference your own bed makes, as opposed to an NHS one! I slept in til nearly 9 o’clock!
