At least you know what you've got to do and are facing it head on.......good luck buddyBeen high the past few weeks so I've not been posting. Was 10.4 fasting today and 14.8 after dinner. But before dinner yesterday I was 5.0 so it does come down at times.
Have let too much bread and rice creep back in. Need to tweak my diet.

11.5 this morning after over 470g of carbs yesterday. Excuse is that it's my birthday today. Need to sort myself out starting tomorrow.
I know what caused it though, the generic home brand peas I chucked in the curry have 12.5 grams / 100 grams/ so will not be doing that again.6.0's not bad mate.......nothing to beat yourself up over(although I appreciate you hold high standards!!)
