6.9 after a better night sleep so my theory still stands, the more restless I am, the lower my fbg! I was at 6.4 before bed
Morning all 4.8 for me. @Adm_Mad you will get there, like @Starfish18 says, it takes a bit of time. It’s been over a year for me and I finally have got to the point where I see occasional 4s in the morning. Make sure you keep track of your scores ( many use the MySugr app) so you can look back in a few weeks and see what an improvement you’ve made.
@DJC3 Yep I use the MyFitnessPal app for calories, macros and weight, and MySugr for glucose tracking.
A very bad 7.2 at 8:45 did exercise a lot yesterday but ended up eating lots of carbs stupid me , now only cheese for breakfast

5.6 this morning.......same as yesterday so at least I'm consistent Happy with this run of 5's though and even managed a 4.8 just before lunch yesterday(pilchards on toast x2 followed by marmalade on toast x2 rather ******** it up though!!)
