The grass just keeps on growing (as do the weeds) I might have to get the mower out at the weekend

4.9 at 06.30 this morning, rising to 5.2 by lunchtime. Currently (for the last week) only eating when absolutely necessary and managing an extended intermittent fasting of around 36 hours between meals. I don't think I've EVER had such consistently low readings since my T2D diagnosis around 6 years ago. Colour me impressed
