Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    6.7 on the first try, 6.3 on the second.
    Must be something in the air -- I didn't sleep well either. I kept waking up from weird dreams.

    6.1 today, could have been worse went to bed on a 7.4! Experimented by having half a Victoria plum wrapped in cream as a dessert after a supper of steak, courgette and a small amount of green beans. 5.8 after 2 hours, thought great then the 7.4 appears before bed. Maybe the low GI plum spiked me later, don't know. Oh well, todays another day, have a good one everyone.
