Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    5.6@6:05 :) (And this after yesterday’s bowl of Muesli+Banana, nuts, apple, a really sweet, fat Clementine and homemade Beef Dum Gosht PLUS slice of BURGEN bread. However, rested sleep, another stress reducer, with my CEPAP machine.)

    9am: GlucoRx-Q random number generator told me 7.2, followed by 6.5 when I didn't believe it. Libre very random number generator is saying 4.8, but is at least back to giving me readings again.

    I'm beginning to understand why GP's tend to discourage home testing.
