Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

8:30am: 7.4 blood, 8.6 Libre. The good news is that the Libre is still fairly consistently overreading by an average of around 1mmol/L, which would make my 24 hour average around 5.9 (corrected from 6.9.) The bad news (or possibly other good news) is that I've finally accepted that the diet alone approach isn't getting me the figures I want, so I've filled my prescription for Metformin (should be ready Monday) and I'm going to see if that'll bring them down.
