Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

thank you I’m very pleased especially 4.7 just before my fast ended. First time doing OMAD fast, I found it horrendous, but not put me off trying it again. The results make it worth it

I was 6.5 this morning. Had been getting 8’s now on metformin slow release. How long till it works as last night 10.1 2 hrs after meal. X.
 
4.8 Canberra gone into snap co-vid lock-down for 7 days (4 cases). Only allowed 1 hour exercise each day
