Apologies for not noting your name this morning but just to say the changes to breakfast worked unbelievable BG level achieved BG @8.20am was 7.7 2hours later was 7.3 cannot believe just a change in types of breakfast from cereal to Greek yogurt and defrosted fruit salad would achieve this. Whoopee thank you so much please get in touch so I can thank you personally well online on here so grateful.K
