Good Morning Don’t know what’s happening this morning 6am and 8am tested BG it was 7.9mmol I had mostly a salad with cheese lunch and steak with salad for evening meal we never eat after evening meal just a coffee around 9pm breakfast usually 2weetabix for fibre blueberries half banana milk.
Is it a liver dump??
I have taken up going for a walk around area I live about 1hour but think I over did it with my walk due to arthritis in knees and spine so I rested up yesterday. If anyone can throw some light on this please do. K
