Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Woke up to a BG of 5.9 mmol/L this a.m.

3km run, BG remained the same afterwords. Very cold -6ºC.

2 fried eggs for breakfast. No toast.

I think I'm going to start logging my food again on MFP. Another pair of running tights are starting to creep down. Will hem the waist band. Already hemmed two other running tights.

My BG seems to be upticking since I started running again. Maybe it's stored in my liver glycogen being reconverted. My former MD implied as much a ways back. Anyway, it's my BMI that's the truth teller.

(no late night eating last night.)
