Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good day from Montreal! My waking BG is 5.4mmol/L this a.m. post 4.5km tempo run.

I get this funning swelling, more a puffy look in my right foot and shin periodically. It's always the right side. When I go for a run or brisk walk it goes away.

Many disorders can cause swelling of one foot and shin @oldnevada. Should this happen again, I would seek a medical opinion. Better safe than sorry.
