G'Day from Montreal. My waking BG was 4.9 mmol/L

My HbA1c = 6, I don't know what that unit is but the pharmacist told me it was good. (it means 6% of my hemoglobin is saturated with sugar. or 42mmol/mol. It's in the pre-diabetes zone... guess I best keep running, eh?!)
