G'Day from Montreal. My waking BG this a.m. was 5.5 mmol/L (07:30 hrs EST.)
5.5 km run routine with fartleks late yesterday afternoon. BG was 5.8 mmol/L on return before supper. Wholly cow, did I sleep long and deep for a change! (Sorry, Fartleks, they short all out 100m sprints added to the run routine. They boost oxygen/muscle/cardiac efficiency)
