Sugar, in all it's iterations.
G'Day from Montreal. My waking BG was 5.2 mmol/L this a.m. (09:30hrs EST)

Hot 4.5km run at lunch. returned with a BG of 5.8 mmol/L. (BP 108/65) sure beats being borderline hypertensive most of my life.

G'Day from Montreal. I woke to a BG of 4.6 mmol/L this a.m. (05:30 EST)

I inadvertently went into intermittent fasting it seems. Supper last night was 3 bangers, some bacon and 3 eggs, (no carbs all day) + two days in a row of 5+km run routines.
I've been watching/reading about Autophagy, cause since all this weight loss, troubled about this sagging skin around upper arms, and even on my quads... At my age, I'm no Louis Cyr, for sure, but I'm solid.

G'Day from Montreal. I woke to a BG of 4.7 mmol/L this a.m. (05:30 hrs EST.)

Q? My Accu Chek MySugr App is telling me that my below 5.0 mmol/L e.g, 4.7's etc, are ok but a bit too low and show up 'brown' But I'm reading that non-Diabetics (Insulin Sensitive) BG are normal if their BG are in the ≥ 4 pointº mmol/L range. I don't get it.
