Hello from Montreal. My waking BG is 4.4 mmo/L this a.m. (05:30 hrs EST)
I kind of fasted yesterday. Late late yesterday I had 3 frozen fish filets, non breaded, and fried onions. Kimchi x 2. I was starved!
Yesterday's reading was 5.1 mmol/L (28/IX/24)
