Hello from Montreal. My waking BG this a.m. is 4.9 mmol/L. (05:30 hrs, EST)

Late yesterday afternoon, I munched on a handful of crisps/potato chips and my BG shot up to 8.6! YIKES.
So it was Sauerkraut, Kimchi and chopped tomatoes for supper. BG dropped down to 5.8 late evening.
