Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hello from Montreal. My waking BG is 5.2 mmol/L this a.m. (05:30hrs EST)

4km run routine last night. Finished with a BG of 5.5 mmol/L
My AccuChek MySugr app gave me an A1c of 5.2. As long as it stays low. My body fat has dropped 2 more percentage points. Pleased.
