Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

DR123
Morning from a chilly Swansea
6.7 at 7.30 I'm happy with that coming down slowly
Enjoy the day everyone

So 6.1 at 6m when I got up, then swam for 30 minutes - it's now 7.7, bit confused ... liver dump?
I get the same. Sometimes a higher increase. I've put in down to cortisol production due to the stress of the exercise. I have to keep calm as much as possible, then if ferocious exercise I have to wind down with calmer strokes and stretches and then get out of the pool. After my calm as possible shower and I test before dressing as our pool is cold but showers and changing rooms are hot. I then get a better sugar result. How about you?

5.2 :( Threw the diet out the window last night and had a fray bentos steak & kidney pie with new potatoes. yumm.

10th day of a 2 week course of antibiotics - FBS an amazing 4.1
I'm extremely happy!

GOOD MORNING WORLD!!L ll

6.9 this morning, higher than I would like. Due to portion control (or lack thereof!) yesterday, even though everything was low(er) carb...

Morning All

Somewhat better 5.2 today.

The frost has melted and I am actually considering mowing my lawns - they never seem to have stopped growing this winter......

4.7 hopefully getting to grips with this diabetes lark, I always knew I was a sweet girl suppose it was obvious cos my veins were running with golden syrup ..:angelic:

Good morning. 5.2 at 8.30am...5.8 at noon. No sign of any kind of spike from my reduced steroid...this is much more like it.
