Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Thank you! I need to get this weight shifting again  I've still got a lot to lose. I'm not in a hurry, I just want to see the odd pound disappear :bored:
Hi KimG, I just want to see the odd pound disappear :bored: as well seem to have come to a halt in the last 2 weeks, really not eating anything different.:)

5.7 . I'm on holiday and so glad about that. My brain is full and a week off will help to clear it lol.
I'm going to go for nice walks , watch **** tv and be good to myself . Happy days
Hi jamrox, Enjoy your holiday:happy:

Hi all 6.7 this morning, can not understand the high today as yesterdays readings were 5.6 in morning and 5.7 at night:confused:

Up your dietary fat it gives you satisfaction and knocks out hunger. Cheese is best, full fat.
I do usually have cheese or peperami as nibbles, but was tempted by the Chilli Peanuts which were in the cupboard. I won't buy them again to avoid the temptation. I've just read the nutrition label and they contain 15.8g of carbs per 100g (4.2 sugar) and I ate most of a 200g packet. I think it is the coating that contains most of the sugar.

I love dry roasted but same thing for me.
Cashew nuts I have to stop myself eating whole packet. Almonds not so much. Nuts eh?

Morning All

5.8 for me today, after abstaining from the chocolate and the single malt last night.

Looks like that was a mistake.....
