Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Just had to say that in my opinion every one who posts here is a winner and should be congratulated for doing their utmost to take control of their diabetes and their lives so here's my best wishes to you all.:)

5.3 at 7am, lowest it's ever been, i think,. I suspect the half bottle of red wine I demolished last night is the reason, but I'm nor complaining!

5.6 at 6.30am when I surfaced for a wee; 6.5 when I woke again again just before :wideyed: 3pm :wideyed:.

It's windy and rainy after a beautiful sunny day yesterday - my excuse to sleeping all day...but I don't actually feel 100% again yet.

Good Morning from the great southern land

4.7

6.2 millimoles per litre. I've not eaten anything since the early hours when I ate one moderately small apple. I've had 4 glasses of tap water and 1 mug of instant coffee, with 1 x 5 ml spoonful of Red Mountain coffee granules, 1 x 5 ml spoonful of Nido Milk Powder and 2 Silver Spoon 0 calories artificial sweetener tablets.

Good morning.
6.0 @10pm
7.4 @6am
Pretty understandable given that, I had an extra smoothie I had last night.
I also have a touch the sniffles as well.

Post breakfast 2hr and 1.5hrs gym 8.0
