Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I had 4.3 Joining the discussion, I wonder whether I have exhausted any glucose reserves my liver could get it hands on with eating less carbs, moderate my proteins and the intermittent fasting. I need to read up on this!

4.4 this morning. Never had it this low. Attended my review yesterday and off metformin for 3 months then a glucose tolerance test to see if I've reversed my diabetes. Really happy with this result as you can imagine.

Not posted on here for a while but FBS hovers between 4.5 and 5.1. I had a 4.9 this morning which isn't too bad considering there was a piece of fruitcake last night saying eat me so I obliged!!
