Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

First result (using my new, "accurate", NHS supplied meter was 4.3, but repeat at the same time with my trusty old Codefree was 6.0.

Taking another sample, same finger, other side, gave another 6.0 on the CF but 6.7 on the other one.

Averaging 4.3 and 6.7 gives me 6.0....

Off to see nursey now for another armful of blood tests - I've asked to include an HbA1C as well, so we'll see if my recent higher figures have worsened that as well.

3.9 @ 06:50 (Did a 10 minute HiiT static cycle and weights before dinner, 2 hours later 2 mile walk. I will remove the cycle as I prefer early 4's)

Amazing BG reading and great work-out. Like you I do a lot of fitness and work outs, but I have never as yet had a reading in the 3s:)
