Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.9 today at 11.30 had 90 grams of carbs yesterday..

those of you who do keep track of what number of grams of carbs you eat everyday... if you would share the number of carbs eaten the day before your morning blood glucose numbers , I´d be glad.. it could be interesting to see how similar peoples results are compared to how many grams of carbs they ate the day before...
I guess women in general must eat fewer grams of carbs to get the same numbers as men in general, mostly because of smaller bodysize and smaller musclemass... but on the other hand many of us type 2 women have succeeded in rather impressing bodysizes ;)

well happy new year to all, and wish you a good and happy journey in the lower carbing World :)

Great idea Freema, Happy New Low carb Year to you too!

Too much fruit contributed to my fatty liver, which has now gone.
I don't miss fruit. Less heavy grocery to carry. Veg is only allowed in my diet well cooked due to underactive thyroid. Diabetes control is just the half of my bodies needs but thankful a half I can cope with even with this mornings 14.2 due to carbs and no insulin.
Carbs today too til my low carb shop friday. Mixed insulin no huge effect on carbs so I've dropped it til it can make a difference. Too much insulin circulating won't help by adding more insulin. Nor help reduce insulin resistance.
Liver blocks more helpful until insulin is processed into and out of my liver, muscles and other organs. Remembered 500mg of metformin this morning and just now. Regular only long-term metformin helps my pcos and insulin resistance on small meals.
Painkillers and diuretic taking pressure from stress of obese body movements and pressure on my heart.
See you tomorrow for my lottery fbg number. Hopefully below 10mmol/l without insulin added.
