5.7 at 6.05am - first one under 6 for nearly a week - after (for me) an unusually high 10.5 - 2 hours after dinner last night.

I had blood taken yesterday morning for first Hba1c since diagnosis (amongst other things!) - so fingers crossed. Found out about 3 weeks ago my meter gives averages (yeah helps to read instruction book) and the 7/14/30 day figures have all been in the sixes and sevens - so hope the test will agree

Today I am still getting a 5.0 mmol/73.3kg. Hope to keep it here for a while...its a nice feeling. No hunger,no aches, tiredness...just buzzing on...ummmmmmm

6.8 or as wasn't happy with that 7.3!!! Not really surprised. No sleep and stressed as have to go back down south again today as Andy's mum is back in hospital with another infection.
