It was my birthday last week, so fell off the wagon big style
Last 3 days FBGs have been 6.2, 5.7, 5.7. Given my history those numbers are quite high, so back onto the straight and narrow. Now where's that avocado?

@GeoffersTaylor you fall off the wagon and still get 5.7 just shows how good your FBG usually is!

True enough. I'm usually pretty strict so I'm happy to treat myself occasionally. But I over-did it on birthday weekend and on Sunday night felt horrendous with a hyper that kept me up half the night.

I'm having my HbA1C done tomorrow. That result should be interesting.
