Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Sorry to hear about the pain and it's repercussions @Jordi77 . Rafa and Mr Ashley should come and visit as you must have have seen or supported their lot when they were ailing badly.
 
5.7 today a little higher than normal (I like to see under 5.5), was it the Chinese takeaway last night, too much protein, that quarter duck I had was huge or maybe because I didn’t wake up til 9am? Well it is Sunday, no alarm clock :hilarious:
 
6.1 this morning. Yesterday, I undertook a spiritual journey that involved fasting and prayer for my lenten recollection as a Catholic. At the Holy Mass, before taking the Holy Eucharist, I challenged God for a miracle in controlling my blood glucose since by faith, I was not gonna take my hypoglycemics for that day. I ate a lot of carbs between 3pm and 10pm. Checked this morning and it was actually Lower (6.1) than I started with yesterday morning (6.4)
