Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7am 6.3 T2 Metformin. Diag about 20 years ago. DPN resulting particularly in problems with legs and feet.
Hi @oldun and welcome. Just read your potted biography and totally in awe of you. Hope you find some treatments to help and personally I may disagree with the retired GP as is suspect there are new treatments. If I can stay at 20 years since diagnosis with so few problems I will be delighted but I imagine you have worked hard to keep things at that level.
 
Thanks Ian. BS are a bit higher than they used to be though. Maybe stop any wine at all for a week or two at least till I go to the Chelsea flower show with my two daughters.
