4.8 today after a reading of 6.0 yesterday morning. Happy with today's and not surprised at yesterday's as it reflected a **** good evening with our friends eating drinking and making merry. Prosecco (couple of glasses) and a Chinese take away the evening before. I had egg foo yung and a couple of spoons of fried rice. I did sample the other dishes (a spoon of each) and thoroughly enjoyed every morcel. BS after 2 hours at 9.8! Not unexpected! But it did then start to come down. Happy bank holiday.folks. Amazing weather here in the north west.

I hope your all doing as well as you expect to be doing today, whilst dealing with this beast of a condition, we're all burdened with.

My BGL's this morning at 06.45 hrs were 8.9, so I'm still having trouble with finding what foods are compatible with a low carb diet, so I just need to do a bit more investigating.
