Ah bother! Broken my 10 day run of 4s
Still only just, today a 5.0 for me, I forgot to take my evening dose of Metformin til bedtime yesterday, I usually take it with dinner, I wonder if that’s why? I had a post dinner reading which was higher than expected too, still on target though.
