Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

As requested in another thread.... state your fasting numbers here.
My fasting level today 8.3.:( ****. Over to other T2s now....
Back after years fasting levels 9.2 and I'm finding metformin doing very little , back with original symptoms pre DN of visiting the loo through the night, drink 5+ pints to keep mouth from sticking through the night and always feeling drained .
Have app on 15th with nurse .
 
Hi You B/S reading is excellent. Mine is on 6.2 up to 7.8. I'm taking metformin. any syggestion? do you take cinnamon tablet or Bitter melon tablet?
Welcome to the forum @Farzi. This thread is meant to have a very low chat level, but have a read round the forum. Many of the Type 2s on here find that lowering their consumption of starchy carbohydrates like rice, bread, potatoes and pasta helps to control their bs levels.
