Had a restless night as my dear mum who suffers from dementia/ alzheimer's was up and down all night not wanting to sleep so didn’t get much sleep as kept her company to let my two sisters who look after her catch up on some needed sleep although managed a couple of hours and my morning BSL I think reflected that at 7.3
