Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hi all a few of my BSL last 3 days these are at around 11.30am and 12:15pm before eating and or taking medication for my T2D I've been getting to sleep at 2.30am so sleeping in to 11:30am or later . I've read about taking melatonin to help with sleep so going to put in an order online hopefully it helps anyone else try ?

I am so depressed today I can’t tell you! Moved my metformin to evening, after my main meal and today was still 8.6 then had fruit and porridge and when I check 90 mins later it was 10, just despair! Jus5 fed up trying!
Sorry to say but fruit and porridge isn't going to help your blood sugar
